How it works
From distributed signals to a decision someone can act on.
Ambianceintel is a pipeline, not a sensor. Its job is to turn noisy physical signals into a small number of states that are worth a person's attention.
Pipeline
Six stages
Sense
Signals are gathered from the mix of modalities appropriate to the environment — Wi-Fi sensing on supported network hardware, mmWave, PIR, door contacts, BLE, UWB, and cameras only where a customer explicitly wants visual verification.
Fuse
Signals are combined so that each modality compensates for the blind spots of the others. A claim about a space is supported by more than one independent source wherever possible.
Baseline
The system learns what normal looks like for this specific space — by hour, by day, by season — before it begins raising anything.
Interpret
Fused signals are reduced to a small set of states: occupied, vacant, activity detected, activity stopped, unusual for this space.
Escalate
Only meaningful deviations are routed to a human, through the channel and role appropriate to the deployment.
Review
Trends, utilization and alert quality are reported back so thresholds and sensing mix can be tuned over time.
Fusion
What goes in, what comes out
The output surface is deliberately narrow. That narrowness is what makes the system reviewable.

Zone model
Spaces are modelled as zones, not as people
A deployment maps a site into zones — rooms, corridors, suites, areas — and reports state per zone. There is no identity model, and no persistent record of individuals, in the core platform.
The measure of a good deployment is not how much it detects. It is how little it needs to report.
